说明：
1）entryRemoved在做bitmap recycle的时候的3个条件缺一不可；
2）onDraw里面判断图片是否被回收，如果回收，需要设置默认图片；
3）add bitmap到cache的时候Runtime.getRuntime().gc();的调用；
4）getCacheSize可以根据手机具体的内存来动态设置我们实际需要的缓存大小；
5)退出时，记得调用recycle()方法；
