iOS中键盘KeyBoard上如何添加工具栏

我们在iOS的键盘KeyBoard去添加工具栏的话是需要提前创建好工具栏的，键盘弹出的时候就需要将工具栏显示出来，然后键盘消失时将工具栏隐藏，大家可以看看下文的iOS中键盘KeyBoard上如何添加工具栏的具体介绍。

大致思路是提前创建好工具栏，在键盘弹出的时候将工具栏显示出来，在键盘消失的时候让工具栏隐藏

设置两个变量
